I have a citimortgage loan. I was out of work for 10 months and started talking to citi in month 8. They said I couldn’t be helped until I had a job. I got a job and within a month (at which pt I was two months in arears) they sent my loan to a third party. The third party RCS is slow, not thorough and seemingly unconcerned whether i get a modification. Citimortgage says my loan is paid in full and they no longer hold. I think they hold it but have out sourced servicing b ut am uncertain. My house goes to foreclosure in 6 business days. I first submitted my loan modification paperwork over a month ago and they have not looked at it yet. I believe I’m an excellent candidate for a modification and to succesfully repay my loan over its term if given a chance. I’m out of time and stressed and don’t know what to do. I just want to have a discussion with a decision maker. Any help would be appreciated
