I completed the 3 month loan modification trial period in October 2010. Eleven months later I'm still waiting for a decision on the permanent modification. The Loss Mitigation Department has repeatedly asked me to re-submit my paperwork as the forms keep 'expiring'. When I call they refuse to let me speak with the person whose handling my case, and tell me that they will let me know when a decision has been made. Can someone help me? I'm feeling desperate.
